Document Sending has been developed to take the time and effort out of a company's document management process. Whether an invoice or purchase order is required immediately, a customer needs an updated statement or an email marketing campaign needs to be delivered, Document Sending transforms electronic document management and delivery from a time and money consuming process into a vital and active business tool.
Document Sending maintains the ease of use associated with the NAV interface whilst providing extra features to allow businesses to work more efficiently and responsively.

Document Receiving allows you to scan or “drag and drop” documents straight into NAV and link them to your records and transactions in NAV.
Using a copier or scanner, documents can be scanned and saved into NAV or file share for later retrieval. Document retrieval is also simplified as users can search the contents of the scanned-in documents.
Document Receiving+ provides you with a range of extra features, such as document Storage to SharePoint (including assignment to libraries and automatic meta data population) as well as Outlook Button Integration. Please see the functionality table for more information.

Dynamics Telephone Integration is a Computer Telephony integration (CTi) which links various telephone systems, including Microsoft Lync Server, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, allowing users to quickly and directly retrieve information on contacts. When a telephone call is received, Dynamics Telephone Integration searches the database and displays a list of contacts associated with that specific phone number. Once the correct contact has been selected, important information relevant to that contact is presented with links to various areas of the system.
