DC Enhanced - Line Date Controlled Pick Creation
The standard batch job creates picks for orders, but can only filter on the shipment date on the header. Therefore, individual lines will be picked irrespective of their particular dates.
This can often cause problems resulting in stock being picked at the wrong time.
We have developed a function which will allow the individual lines to be filtered by shipment date and the batch job will pick orders within a date range or for a specific date at line level.

Do You Have Confidence in Your Backups?
Everyone knows that backups are important, but too often they aren’t taken seriously until after a disaster occurs. It’s important to consider your backup strategy. By this we mean, to know what options are available to you, to choose a backup strategy based on what data loss you would accept, to know that it is running and to do test restores.
Currently, most NAV users are using a SQL database rather than the proprietary database format and in our experience most users of the latter run manual backups through the client. As this is a manual process, it is open to user error, either in the form of not backing up the correct data or failing to back it up at all!

DC Enhanced - Third Party System / Website Integration
Our DC Enhanced – Third Party System / Website Integration can remove the time and pain from manually entering and maintaining accurate data in multiple disparate systems.
Our of our customers, Kitchen Collection needed an improved process for updating the catalogue on their website. The catalogue update process involved manipulating many spreadsheets exported from a third party system to create one upload spreadsheet which was then copied onto a web server and processed by a command line application. We took a 2 week manual, error encumbered procedure and turned it into a 2 hour, error free process that is fully integrated into their back office systems with a ‘One Click’ update!
The integration replaced the old process with a web based catalogue Admin Tool and custom third party system import / export programs, using standard Commerce Server APIs. The tools have also removed the need to manually edit

Case Study: Dynamics NAV-CTi
Dynamics Consultants have developed a computer telephone system Add-on to integrate third party business telephone systems with Microsoft Dynamics® NAV, providing a robust computer telephony integration (CTi) solution. NAV-CTi utilises the Intelli-CTi™ family product range from QGate, supporting a wide range of telephone switches, business telephone solutions and Microsoft Lync®.
One of our customers, Churches Fire Security Ltd, were using an outbound TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) solution which allowed them to select a number from a screen for an outbound call, but for inbound calls they had to manually search NAV for customer and/or vendor records. Our customer needed the ability to directly record information about outbound calls and also have a process for inbound calls too.
With the implementation of NAV-CTi and the Intelli-CTi Breeze Bar which can sit on the user’s desktop, either docked to the
